The Caravan

The Caravan is a magazine of politics and culture in India. It is published by Delhi Press.[1] The Caravan was first launched in 1940, but was discontinued in 1988. It was re-launched in January 2010 as a narrative journalism magazine.[2][3] Accomplished writers like Ramachandra Guha, Pankaj Mishra, William Dalrymple, Siddhartha Deb, Fatima Bhutto, Amitava Kumar, Deborah Baker, and Basharat Peer have published in the magazine. The Caravan was re-launched by Vinod Jose, the deputy-editor, and the managing editor is Delhi Press's Director Anant Nath. The editor-in-chief is Paresh Nath.[4].
